These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of premefootball.com and its features, including Preme Pick’em and our newsletter (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Preme Sports (“Preme Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including articles, graphics, logos, and the Preme Sports name and branding, are owned by Preme Sports or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for content you own, you may not use our content without permission.

If you post comments or otherwise submit content, you are responsible for it and represent that you have the right to submit it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Site. 5. Preme Pick’em

Preme Pick’em is a free game offered for entertainment. By participating, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and use one account per person.
• Play fairly and not manipulate results, standings, or other participants’ entries.
• Accept that picks may lock at scheduled times and that standings and scoring are determined by us and are final.

We may modify the rules, scoring, or availability of Preme Pick’em at any time.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site links to and embeds third-party content and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We work to be timely and accurate but do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
