Preme Pick’em Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win Preme Pick’em. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Preme Pick’em is a free-to-play skill-based sweepstakes.

2. Sponsor

Preme Pick’em is sponsored by Preme Sports (“Sponsor”), premefootball.com. Preme Pick’em is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Football League or any of its teams.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Entry Period

Preme Pick’em runs for the 2026 NFL regular season. Weekly picks must be submitted before the kickoff of each game to count.

5. How to Enter

Create a free account at premefootball.com/pickem, then choose a winner for each game each week before kickoff. Each game locks at its scheduled kickoff time. One account per person.

6. Winner Determination

One (1) grand prize winner will be the player with the most correct picks across the full regular season. In the event of a tie, the winner is the tied player whose season tiebreaker predictions are closest to the actual results. The Sponsor’s determination is final.

7. Prize

One (1) grand prize of $500 USD, awarded as cash or equivalent at the Sponsor’s discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants and each entrant’s skill. All taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by the email associated with their account within thirty (30) days of the end of the regular season and may be required to complete an eligibility affidavit and tax form before the prize is released.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike manner. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if it cannot be run as planned.

Information collected is used to administer the contest and is handled per our Privacy Policy.
