The Baltimore Ravens received good news Saturday after WR Zay Flowers left practice with a leg injury.
Flowers has been diagnosed with a left quad contusion and is considered day-to-day after colliding with S Jaylinn Hawkins during a 7-on-7 period.
The 2x Pro Bowler immediately went to the ground following the collision and was in significant pain while being evaluated by trainers. Flowers was eventually able to get back on his feet and did not require a cart, as he limped into the Ravens facility.
Flowers’ injury comes just three days after he signed a 4-year, $140M extension with the Ravens, securing his long-term future in Baltimore.
