Player Injuries and Updates:

• Jordyn Brooks, Jordan Poyer, and Anthony Walker. McDaniel: Brooks and Walker will be back “sooner than later.” McDaniel assures, “we will see Poyer again.” No specific timetable was provided for any.

Jevon Holland extension:

• Having a “really good camp,” according to McDaniel. No update on the contract status.
  McDaniel: Holland is “invaluable” and “working all the time.”

Player Performance and Contributions:

• Jalen Ramsey. Stepping up every day during training camp.
• QB coach Darrell Bevell and Tua Tagovailoa are working together every day. McDaniel expresses pride in their progress.
  

Tua Extension:

Mike McDaniel went to bat for Tua Tagovailoa getting a new extension. Stated that his stance was clear and was supportive. Credits the team execs for getting it done.
