The Raiders are expected to claim former 49ers CB Darrell Luter Jr. off waivers, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Las Vegas currently holds the top waiver priority, giving the team the first opportunity to claim any player placed on waivers. Schefter reports Luter is expected to be one of the players headed to the Raiders.
Luter was selected by San Francisco with the No. 155 overall pick in the 5th round of the 2023 NFL Draft out of South Alabama.
Luter appeared in all 17 games for San Francisco during the 2025 season, recording 28 total tackles, one tackle for loss, one pass defended and one fumble recovery.
