Former NFL WR Stedman Bailey Arrested Following Alleged Public Sex Incident

Former NFL receiver Stedman Bailey was arrested after police say he engaged in sexual activity with a woman inside a bar at Round1 Bowling & Arcade at Pembroke Lakes Mall in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

According to police, officers responded to the business after witnesses reported seeing Bailey and a woman having sex in the bar area while customers were present. Investigators later reviewed surveillance footage and interviewed witnesses before detaining the pair.

Bailey admitted that both he and the woman had consumed multiple alcoholic drinks and acknowledged that both had their pants down, but denied that intercourse occurred. Police said there was no evidence that either person’s drinks had been tampered with.

Bailey and Karina Manderson, both 35, were each arrested and charged with exposure of sexual organs. Court records show both have since pleaded not guilty.

Bailey was selected by the Rams in the 3rd-round of the 2013 NFL Draft after a stellar career at West Virginia. He appeared in 38 NFL games, recording 63 receptions for 843 yards and 4 touchdowns before his career ended following a 2015 shooting in South Florida.
